Q: How do these get installed ? Are there any videos?

All you have to do is you remove your car door panels and remove the speakers and put your speaker through the baffle and mount it on your car door speaker enclosure and install the egg foam right behind the speaker on the door frame and use the existing screws to secure the speaker through baffle screw holes and the baffle will deaden the unwanted sound and vibration

These should be stock

These silicone baffles are so good I'm surprised they are not something that comes with the car from the factory.Be aware that dependant on your plastic speaker bracket the silicone baffles holes may not align perfectly with your speaker screw holes. But it's silicone you can just put 2 new screw holes in it.
