I was using dental toothbrush and floss for the last few years. Few times, actually many times, the brush top gets struck between the teeth and taking it out was a nightmare. Also it caused impact to the gum and small blood oozes.Due to these issues, I had bought after search this product. Have been using this for last few days for the entire family to clean the teeth and massage the gums!So far, the product is working as expected.Note : few things learnt during the course of the usage : do not take out the water bowl, keep it fixed and use a mug to refill with water. completely bend down towards the washbasin while using the jet so that water does not sprinkle all over the room. Use pressure 1 and max 5, do not go beyond as the pressure is very high to handle beyond that. do not let kids or children below 10 to use, as the water pressure at high # may cause injuries

The item worked great and would buy again. Customer service was very helpful helping me out with some issues I had. In the end worked out great.

motor stopped working after a week of use

It was running fine until it start leaking water from inside. i have wrote twice to the customer care but they don't care. Agaro just rebrand chinese products. They only provide replacement warranty and outside warranty they are unable to repair them as they don't import the spare parts. i just will buy anything of any other company except agaro.

Bottom has sufficient padding, so it can be used on any surface, especially wet surfaces.Features:------------1. It is plug and play device, just plug the power adapter, select the mode & speed and you are good to go.2. It cleans off the plaque very effectively, especially for the person with braces.3. Since it has 10 levels of pressure adjustment, I found my exact level of comfort which at the same time is quite effective.4. Massage mode also comes handy for occasional change in routine and stimulation of gum for healthy wellbeing.5.
