Roughly how long does a bottle of this last? Whats your experience?

I only use a pea sized amount each workout. After about 20 workouts I've hardly made a dent in the bottle. I'd say at least 100 workouts before I need to buy a new bottle. I love this stuff. No more mess and better gripping.

How many uses can you approximately get out of one bottle?

Great product. I have standardized on this over the last year or so. I train daily, 1-2 hours per day that consists of a combination of Olympic lifting, power lifting and CrossFit. While the chalk does not need to be re-applied as often as regular lifting dry chalk, when I train I apply the chalk initially then will often re-apply a small amount 1 or 2 additional times during the workout. That said, a bottle lasts me approximately seven months. Thus, I estimate approximately 200 - 300 applications in a bottle.
