Q: Do these have the rubber "feet" the 17-34" does not show rubber feet?

Very odd. The one I received had rubber feet on both ends. See photo

Q: How many come in a package? How many do you need for a 20 foot slide out?

I got 1 per package and I would use at least 3 on a 20' slide.

Q: How many slide locks does a camper slideout need?

We use 2 but we have a full wall slide. We put one on each end. We don’t use any on our small bedroom slide.

Q: Will this work if I only have 1.25 to 1.5 Inches of lip on the slide side to make contact and not fold over due to the hinge on the pad?

I would not. The pad is about 3 by 3. I used mine on the top side of my slide
