Packaged in compressed bag so left for 2 days and by then it had regained it's shape. As others have noted, the sides do not support the dog whilst inside the bed, yet from a side view they look quite deep so very misleading. As my puppy is not fully grown this hasn't been an issue yet and he spreads himself out across the bed. Only been using for 3/4 weeks so it's still kept it's shape.

We bought the large size and it’s perfect for our 22kg adult Labrador. The dog bed looks really good, nice colour and looks smart in the living room. The raised walls are just high enough to be used as a pillow by our dog. It has nice thick foam inside, so seems comfortable and hasn’t lost shape so far. Very pleased with this purchase.

My 13 yr old dog with arthritis loves his new bed - he literally won't come off it !!! Like other people, I was a little disappointed with the height of the sides but actually they are just the right height for his head to rest on. And, being bolstered, the sides keep their shape. He is 29kg and it's a perfect size and, I'd estimate, could easily take a slightly bigger dog than the max 30kg suggested in the description. BTW I opened everything up and left it for 72 hours to plump up as per the ad instructions for another of their beds (it came vacuum packed with NO Instruction sheet).I'm extremely happy with this dog bed and considering getting another one - excellent value for money 🙂

Need to be patient and the foam will settle into place and grow. Dog is happy to accept the bed instead of being allowed on the sofa. Cats also take advantage when they can due to the soft fleece cover!

I got this for my bully as he's starting to show signs of struggle when he's lying on the floor and rather than just his bean bag I thought he'd like something that doesn't eat him up entirely.This is great, he has plenty of space to spread out and roll and even I sometimes sit with him on it :) it's comfortable and had held it's padding well since I bought it a few months back(He has his cone of shame on in the picture because he has been having allergies which he won't leave alone.)

Delighted I bought this bed, My dog has a spinal problem even tough he is only 5 years old so he needed a solid but comfortable bed big enough to stretch out, this is just perfect and he loves it, very happy with this purchase, he is a cross between a cavalier and a Border Collie so he is medium height but long body, I bought the medium size for him and he has lots of room on it. This size would definitely do a full size Border Collie, I highly recommend this bed,

Very comfortable bed and big enough for mid size dog. I bought the biggest size for my elderly Frenchie along with a doughnut bed so she can have a choice. So far she loves both.

The inner pad was too big for the cover. There was no protective cover just a net lining. A complete waste of time and money. It is packed for return.
