Q: Will this crank a vehicle with no battery in it??

Yes, this product can work when your vehicle does not have a battery, or your car's battery is totally dead, and the battery voltage is very low. In this case, please press the “BOOST” Button to enter Force Start mode.

Q: How many cars can I start before to needs a recharge ?

I have used the fully charged and brand new GOOLOO 4000A to start my intermittent use farm trucks - Jeep CJ5 4 times and my FJ Cruiser 6 times - with NO recharging of the unit this firs winter season. Just one bar down. Will continue using this winter until I have to recharge it to get a base line number.

Q: How long can the GP4000 be used to power a Roadpro 12v ( 12 amps/144 watt) fry pan and or 12v slow cooker without over heating?

The 12v output says 10A. Your pot draws too much current for the auxiliary output.
