Defective Product
The product is defective and does not work. It did not start even with new batteries. THis indicates poor quality assurance and control procures of the company. Please do not buy this product as the return policy is not there. though 7 day return was indicated when buying the product. It appears the policy is replacement policy (no refund)only. This is grossly misguiding/twisting the facts. Amazon should take care such misleading descriptions. When they write 7 days return, it should refund . What if there a second time defect??? Policy is silent on second time defective. Amazon should take care. We can not trust such companies. There is no performance warranty and guaranty (Fact should be mentioned in the product description)

Good but poor binding
It works well and kids love it as it is easy to use but the sound it produces is not enough and the binding of pages is very poor. Kids do not turn pages like elders. Improve the binding quality and sound it produce. Price is little high for this quality.
