Update: Well unfortunately water started coming out from under the hot tub, then there was a tear and now the air is coming out, I contacted the company, they were great before in replacing the lights, and after a few attempts, they FINALLY ANSWERED- AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETE UNIT REPLACEMENT!!! I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER :) They have great customer service, you just need to go through their website directly and activate your warranty and if there's any problem then you just email them directly through their website customer service link and they will help you, really help you.*This is a great hot tub, easy to set up even though the manual is for different hot tubs, but you get the idea once you keep reading and then you'll see is instructions for not just one type of hot tub, I love the lights but sadly it didn't work only a quarter is on, so I went to their website and submitted my proof of purchase and I was told I will get another set of lights, so that's great, just waiting on it, and the bubbles omg so many it embraces you and feels like a super relaxing massage, it does take a while to heat up (about 24 to 48 hours) but once is hot it stays, it comes with everything, filters, cover, mat for the floor, is very complete, sturdy, I was looking for a hot tub for a while and this is super nice. You do sit on the floor but it feels padded, so is actually completely comfortable, there is a pad on the bottom that feels soft and cushioning. Is been a about 5 months we have this hot tub and is so nice, specially after a day of work or pain in the joints or my back or hips (I work sitting on a desk for several hours) this is just a great help to sooth my body aches.UPDATE: I received my light replacement and they work, finally!!UPDATE: My last lights stopped working and I JUST GOT A NEW REPLACEMENT- THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!!

Easy setup but over three weeks of setup it has only heated up to 99 at the most for one night. Currently it states the water is 100 degrees but it is actually 70. The cover is cheap and ineffective so we bought a thermal liner at $150 from another company. The cover works well but the hot tub stopped heating shortly after. Setting up a refund hopefully.

I would give a 4 for the product but the customer service is a +5 star.The jacuzzi takes 2 days to reach temperature, but once there, it maintains itself with no issue as long as it's covered.Its max temp is 104, so it's not super hot but perfect for lounging.The bottom is padded, so it is not uncomfortable to sit on the hard floor (ours is on tile).After 6 months, the heater component started to leak. Customer service was quick to send a replacement.Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged. I sent a brief email back, and they sent another unit without a question. I was really releaved because Iv had similar situations where I was refused a replacement in the same situation. This is why it's a 5 star. It gives me confidence in making a large online purchase, knowing I will not be stuck with a dud and out of my money.

Good quality and space - worth trying. Lights did not function out of box unfortunately despite trying multiple outlets and connections. Confirmed battery working in remote. Not a big deal except you have to install lights before inflating/filling so even with new lights - too late because I’m not setting up again. Setup was very straightforward and easy though! Excited to use.

Some reviews was good, some bad. I thought I’d give it a try because we wanted one badly. I’m a firefighter, my body hurts. I thought this would be a good relaxation after a shift. It took 3 days to get to full temperature, which is fine. I got time. The LED lights was a pain, again that’s fine. I figured it out. We got in it at 102, it felt like warm water, not super hot. Again, okay. We was in it for maybe 10 minutes if that and the temperature started dropping. Not a small drop. It dropped to 95. We had to get out because we were freezing. The water did not feel like 95 at all. Be aware every time you turn the bubbles on, it also drops the temperature. The bubbles are more-so for looks so we kept them off. I’m returning it today. Also, the drain is super slow. I had to figure other ways to drain it. You can put it together with ease. That’s plus.

the hot tub is amazing!! works perfectly at our Lakehouse on the deck. easy to blow up and fill, takes less than 24 hours to heat the water, overall a great purchase. the only issue we had was the LED lights that go underneath the hot tub. the lights were broken and shiena at Pyle USA was amazing. she apologized and sent us another set of lights immediately but unfortunately, the second set of lights were also broken. I contacted Shiena again and she immediately sent out a second set of lights. I highly recommend this product and am so thankful for the customer support from this company!!
