Q: Does anyone else’s make a bad rattling noise from the lid at all? Unsure whether mines came damaged before I exchange for another

Q: Does the moonflo lid contain any silicon rings that need removing/cleaning?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The 360-degree lid itself does not come apart but you can clean it by popping it in the dishwasher or giving it a clean in hot, soapy water. The lid needs to be dried upside (preferably overnight) with the lid pushed down. Hope this helps.
