Q: Is the storage expandable with a SD card?

WARNING: If you purchase this tablet and update the OS to Android 12, you will lose the ability to move apps to the SD card, as Samsung’s distribution is bugged. (Any attempt to move an app will result in a fake “not enough storage” error. Search for “Android 12 update has messed up ‘move to SD’ functionality” and you can read about it on Samsung’s community forum.)

Q: Has anyone used this with the DJI fly app

I have and it works fine with the mavic mini 2 and the dji fly app. You have to enable "download from unknown sources" under security otherwise you will receive a parsing error and it will not install. Also The app is not on the google play so u have to go to the dji site to download it....hence the change i mentioned previously.

Q: Are you able to download games that do not require wifi or cellular service to play them?

yes, just search for games that show they can be played offline in the play store.
