Putting this together was a bit of a puzzle (but I like a challenge), especially since one of the poles (part 40) was missing the little threaded metal piece that lets it screw into the bolt. I managed to shove it on there with sheer willpower and some serious elbow grease. It’s a tiny bit wobbly at that spot, but hey—it’s standing!The real win here? I messaged the seller about the defective part, and they replied almost instantly—like superhero-level fast. They're sending out a replacement part, which is a huge relief because I really didn’t want to tear the whole thing apart and box it up again.There was a bit of a chemical smell when I first opened it, but it faded pretty quickly. My cat has only used it a handful of times so far, but I don’t blame the tree—it’s more of a “me convincing her to stop scratching the stairs” situation. Catnip is about to enter the chat.All in all, it’s sturdy, looks great, didn’t break the bank, and customer service was top-notch. Fingers crossed the cat chooses this over my carpeted stairs!

Assembly wasn't too hard. Directions were well drawn out. There was no written words but the pictures were very easy to follow. Color was as expected. The fabric is a little cheap but the price was good for the product I received. My cats love it! My husband and I are full time RVers and this fits well for the spot intended. A little tall for them to get on top shelf but they wouldn't have used it anyway.

Well labeled parts. I appreciated that. Once I put the braces into the cat boxes, it went together easier from there. The poles inside the boxes fit tight, which is good, but the holes didn’t align great with the holes in the carpet coating. Maybe it shifted in shipping. Cat has explored it a bit already and generally likes it. I have a 15.5 pound cat. I think it’s stable enough for him. I also only have one cat and no kids to interfere. I think it could use one more pole under the center of the top box, and lower the front pedestal. Maybe I’ll shift some of them around. Still: good tower

Clear Instructions; arrived a day early. Assembly was simple just time consuming, but kiddo has fun building it. For those that left negative reviews for quality of materials...it is why it's cheap. It serves its purpose and my cats love it. Not as sturdy as I had hoped but its sturdy enough and it's against the wall so no issue for me. My cats are not too big, so they fit perfectly in there. Not as tall as it seems, but reasonable for the price.

Overall the end product is what it’s supposed to be. It does what it’s supposed to do. I’m happy with size and color. However, the measurements that like up the holes to put screws through were wrong. We ended up having to cut material to make a larger hole. Also, all the “I” pieces were different sizes, so it made it difficult to assemble. I thought it was hard to line up the holes with the screws wine stating as well. In the end, we made it work. I’m not sure if the machine needs recalibrated for alignment or what, but just be aware!

Oh my goodness. I love this cat tree. The only thing a struggled with were the two "caves". Yikers!!! Trying to align the screws proved to be somewhat challenging for. For the two caves, it took me 43 minutes. Once that was completed, the rest super easy. For the price, I truly believe it money well spent. I will admit, this my first time being the parent to a kitten, let alone two of them. Hopefully, they will enjoy it.

Our Ruby loves her cat tree! On a typical day, it’s like a jungle Jim to her. On a lazy day, she sleeps on the middle tiered perch. I would say if you have a cat that loves to climb, play hide and seek or trim her nails, this is what they need. Color is great! Functionality is definitely with able to uphold the most playful cat. As for comfortability, take a look at the picture!

Our cats love this. Just today one of them was playing as usual and her beautiful tail was somehow squeezd tight in the cord to one of the dangling balls. She was terrified and injured and so was my daughter, who was trying to help. One I cut the cord our cat easily escaped, but not before hanging by her tail, spinning, scrambling -all while her weight pulled the cord tighter. So be aware of that possibility. I've removed both, they loved them but I never want to go through that again!
