Tenía muchas ganas de probar este producto y tras 10 días de uso , no he notado ninguna mejoría ni ningún cambio en mi cuerpo . Imagino que es difícil poder valorar la eficacia pero pensé que algún efecto sería evidente por pequeño que fuese. No lo he devuelto porque sigo en dudas de si necesita un tiempo más prolongado para ver los efectos.

Great item . The pillowcase feels cottony , good material , I checked with my grounding checker and it does indeed ground . Easy to use - size of pillowcase not too big or small . Very comfy . Would recommend to everyone.

I had some vivid dreams at first but this settled down and i feel good. Don't wake up depressed anymore.

I put this sheet underneath my mattress cover.When I hit Snooze on my phone I actually fall asleep before the alarm rings and wakes me up again 10 minutes later, every time! I never thought I could fall asleep in 10 minutes. Falling asleep in 10 minutes 6 times in a row this morning AFTER I had already woken up is just crazy! Plus I feel fully rested and full of energy and I went to bed only 7 hours ago 😯I haven't had this kind of energy since at least 10 years ago. It's only been my second night sleeping on this sheet but I will never sleep without one of these again. It's actually amazing.
