I'm a long time user of the product for my oil lamps. No odor or soot. Only problem I had was bottle neck was smashed down. Luckily it didn't break because it was only in a shipping bag. Needs to be in a box.

I love this brand of lamp oil and was tickled to find it in different colors. However, the green was shipped in a bubble mailer and naturally arrived dameged and unusable, ( unless I can figure out how to open it without making a mess).

Bottles of lamp oil survived being shipped cross-country despite the fact that the bottle cap and bottle neck portion of both bottles were driven straight down into the bottles during the journey - these are some very tough bottles! You pay your money ($9.17 a bottle at the time of order) and you take your chances with this sort of thing generally but it worked out this time! Oil burns clean in kerosene lantern.
