Q: Just out of the box and charged. Straight away the left wheels wont turn. Scoop works, right wheels work. Any help?

Both wheels are independent of one another. For both wheels to work you must push both levers, if they still don't work then the toy is broken.

Q: Can this be used at the same time as the RC dump truck? I have two children who would love to use them together.
