Q: Is this biltong spice MSG free??

Unfortunately not Contains favouring(Salt (lodated),monosodium glutamate (flavour enhancer msg) salt, spices, preservative (potassium sorbate) sugar

Q: what are expiry dates of the products you are offering in the add? all safari products come with manufacture and expiry date

Current lot are 3 August 2024. But hey its a BBD not an expiry date - remember salt is the major part of biltong spice and theres no expiry date on salt - its been here longer than before the dinasours :) :)

Q: Without giving away any secrets, can you tell me what the main ingredients are? I really just want an idea of the flavour. Thanks.

Black pepper, salt, coriander are the obvious ones. I can't make out the others. I'm very happy with the taste. I think it tastes better than the Freddy Hirsch mix. I add some garlic powder to mine for added flavour.

Q: How much meat can I spice with this amount?

They recommend 45-50g per kg meat but its too strong and salty. Its best to reduce it to around 35g per kg. So 1kg will do around 28kg meat
