Would suggest our sock size S/M for a lady wears an 8 shoe. The flat sock height is 14.96" can be stretch to 16" on wearing. Our socks have good stretch.

Q: I am 4'10 and 107lbs will these go past my knees?

Not sure but I am 5’8” and these socks come up to the bottom of my knee
