Poor instructions
Nice heavyweight mirror with light but no instructions how to wire up the light. Other than that it was easy to install.

Durahility
Product seems like a good product however the light lens isn't set in all the way on one side. So not very waterproof but works as a mirror.

The company has NO IDEA!
Just try to find out which wire is positive and which is negativeYou would think I was trying to re engineer the thing. Either that or they don’t have a clue!!!

No customer service
This is a good product but the customer service is awful. I would purchase something else.

Installation is easy but the bracket length is awkward for me.
I really like the size of the mirror. With its convex shape, it gives me a good field of view so I can keep an eye on my dog. The rechargeable light is great too. The fact that it's rechargeable make a difference too. I wired it to an ignition circuit so it wouldn't run down the battery if I forget to turn it off. Yet, whenever I need light while the key is off, I still have light to work with.I guess my only problem is with the mounting bracket. From the mounting bar on my Kawasaki Mule 3010 , the mirror is either too low or too far aft for my comfort. I prefer to have the mirror as high as possible and as far forward as possible so I'm less likely to run into it with my head. Given the length and adjustability of this bracket, I can only choose one or the other. It's a pretty big mirror, and I'm fairly tall. While mounted forward, the mirror blocks my view. When mounted high, I feel I'm gonna hit it every time I drive over rough terrain. I've tried adjusting it several different ways. I just can't find a position I'm comfortable with yet.I'm gonna keep trying different positions for the mirror and hopefully find one I like. Depending on your height and vehicle, my problem may not be yours. I like the mirror and light, just not the mounting arm so much.
