Hi when we got ours the code was 000 both sides hope this works

When I bought it some time ago now, it did come with a strap.

Q: How do I reset the combination lock

to reset the lock on this case you have to push the sliders next to the numbers towards the handle (inwards), then, while holding it there, set the combination that you want. release and you should be good to go.
