Wonderful Product, with good look and build, it is ideal for carrying your essentials to work on daily basis as it is compact and lightweight.Also it has a good Key Holder - which is very easy to remove and fix it back as a daily purpose.Being light weight it is making it suitable for short trips and weekend getaways.Even Zippers are good quality material.Space for hold couple of books, laptop, and other belongings.I have not used expandable feature as I am not travelling at the moment but yes it can be expanded to carry couple of pair of clothes too.Only Missing Feature is a water bottle holder, would have been a convenient addition by manufacturer.I am quiet happy with this product and would suggest and recommend for daily use.Slight pricey but can be managed.5 Stars to Arctic Hunter and thanks to Amazon for timely delivery and for this product.

Best Quality BagsI have ever seen

I was really looking forward to receiving this bag and had been eagerly waiting to get my hands on it. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment.The bag I received was clearly of poor quality. It arrived damaged, and the only compartment it has couldn’t even be opened because the zipper was extremely tight and stuck. It genuinely felt like a product that should have failed quality control but somehow still got shipped.To make things worse, even though I received the bag last week, Amazon hasn’t updated the delivery status in the system. I’ve contacted them multiple times to inform that the product has already been delivered, but it hasn’t helped. Because of this, I’m unable to initiate a return or replacement.Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product.
