I use these as growing racks for starting seeds. They work great with 20”x48” trays and heating pads. After I’m done starting seeds they are used for storage.

This rack is perfect as a germination / propagation station for indoor gardening. The shelves of this rack unit feature a hanger support centered under each length of shelf. It perfectly centres a hanging grow light; as if I had designed it exactly to my needs. Heat mats, grow trays, and grow lights (not included) fit this size rack perfectly. Leveling feet (included) keep water flat in the grow trays. Fitted shelf mats (not included) keep spills off my lower lights. The rack can be assembled to meet my changing needs, either 2 max height shelves or up to 4 shelves with overhead lighting. I always keep the top shelf for storage, and sometimes wrap the whole rack in a mylar sheet.
