This product beats all of its competitors. The replaceable batteries ensure that you won't be stuck in the middle of a performance with no power. One set of batteries lasts for many hours of continuous use. Switch (stereo / mono) adds flexibility. My other band members use different brands, but their internal battery life is short, recharging takes too much time and wears the USB socket. This product is rugged, reliable and provides good sound. You can plug in a wireless receiver, like the Joyo or the Swiff. I definitely recommend this device to all performing musicians.

This is a quality product with great features. It was been the best alternative for in ear monitoring when wireless is not possible. I would totally recommend this to anyone wanting a great alternative or replacement as well.

Pretty good overall. Decent sound quality. Long battery life. Battery does become disconnected pretty easily requiring you to open case and push battery back in.

This is a great personal amplifier. It is extremely portable, and a great value for the money. The sound is clear, and the battery life is great. If you need someone to have their own control on their monitor, this is the product for you.

Update: I was sent a replacement. Will run it through tests, and some gigs but appreciate that they stand by their product. As my review mentioned I think I just got a lemon. My bandmates haven't had issues with their FZONE so it's likely bad luck on me end since most reviews are glowing.I may have gotten a lemon, but I've had this monitor for a month before the input jack started bugging out. I've tested different IEM to ensure it's the input jack on the device and not my cable. Pretty disappointing because the build seems really sturdy, and it works well when it worked.

I have a total of 8 of these units for the theatre I work at. We use them for our pit orchestra and I couldn't be happier. One set of batteries will typically last 3+ performances, but I tend to change them every other show. Plenty of volume adjustment available. Been using them for a few years and keep coming back to get more.

I bought this to use with IEMs while playing drums and singing backup. It works well in this scenario. The mono/stereo switch is in a good location, the volume knob is solid and not easy to suddenly bump into the wrong position, and the battery door is easy to access and open. The body is made from metal. With the combo jack on the bottom, you can use a 1/4" jack (6.35mm) or an XLR cable. For my setup, I have combined two aux outs into a stereo feed, and it works great. Note that you need a special Y cable to pull this off, you can't use the standard splitter cable, you'll just get dual mono. Anyway, I'm happy with this purchase (not a free sample) and I was not compensated in any way for this review. I'm just a drummer looking for decent music gear, and this fits my needs perfectly.
