Thank you for your question! Fingerlings are not rechargeable, included with each Fingerlings monkey is 4 X LR44 batteries.

Q: Do these have to be programed ? ?

No, just switch button to on and it’s ready to go

Q: can we get in english?

Well, actually, I ordered this on Aug 8th, was told it would arrive on Aug 20th, then was told ‘ordered received, we’ll notify you with estimated delivery date’, nothing yet 9/27🤷♀️
