Been taking this CLA for a while now, and it’s not bad at all. At 3000mg per dose (3 softgels), it’s a good option if you’re looking to support weight loss or just keep things ticking along nicely. I’m using it as part of a cutting plan, and while it’s not a magic fix, it seems to be helping along with diet and exercise.The softgels are easy enough to take, and I like that it’s 100% natural safflower oil, gluten-free, and non-GMO – always nice to know you’re not putting junk into your body.The only wee downside is that you’re taking 3 softgels per dose, which isn’t the worst but does add up if you’re already taking other supplements. That said, it’s decent value for 200 softgels, so it’ll last a while.Overall, a solid product if you’re after a no-fuss CLA supplement.

I am taking CLA because I believe they improve the immune system. I cannot tell if these capsules are any better than other makes bu the price was ok and the delivery was quick. I used to sell them as part of a Sports Nutrition company and received very good but sometimes unprovable claims of their efficacy from customers, including weight loss and digestive problem improvements.
