Got it a few days early! Yay! Mixed it with some organic fruit, low-fat Greek yogurt, electrolytes, and water in my hand blender. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the taste but I did drink it all. Waiting for results.

You need a frother or hand mixer to get it smooth, but the flavor is good.Disappointing though, a significant price change accompanied my order this month. I had to cancel.
