Budget-friendly and reliable smart lock.
I used this lock as a replacement to the standard (no lock) door handle on my bedroom door while I lived with roommates. I wanted the added privacy and peace of mind while I was away, that my personal space would be left untouched. For the feature to price ratio, this lock seemed like a great deal, so I decided to give it a shot. The installation process was simple and straightforward, I didn’t even need to use the included instructions, as it was as easy to install as any other lock I’ve replaced. The batteries are installed on the user’s side, so no one can tamper with them from the outside. The lock offers multiple functionality with how you choose to operate it, but I mostly used a passcode for entry. The locking mechanism appears to be quite durable, and never loosened over the course of my usage. All in all, I’d easily recommend this lock for household usage such as closets or bedrooms. As for main entry, I think I might splurge for a more well-known brand. This lock has been of great use to me.

Don't bother, seriously.
This is one of the worst products I've bought in a while. Half the time it didn't work, I'd key in the code and it would loudly and annoyingly beep at me as if I had done it wrong, even though I hadn't. Same thing would happen when I tried the finger reader. Resetting a new code was a nightmare of loud beeps and snail level speed of updating. The worst part was that it wouldn't fully lock sometimes. The deadbolt would decide to engage maybe 1/4th of the way or less, which allowed you to still enter through the door if you gave it a good shove. Making the thing completely useless of course. The touch screen also proved to be a major issue. Set aside the fact it was basically useless with the sun shining on it, couldn't see a damn thing. You'd touch it to get it to light up, and over half the time that wouldn't even work. So you'd find yourself pressing it a bunch, next thing you know you've entered in a bunch of numbers you don't want to enter. It would delay so you wouldn't even know it right away. Then the annoying thing would once again scream at you with the loudest and most annoying alert. Too many fumbles like this and it super locks you out, you have to use the key to get in or wait for it to reset, which could have been 5-30 minutes, I have no idea. I always kept the manual key with me because the key code was so useless.I also tried to let my neighbor in when I was out of town, the app button never worked. Always errored.Useless lock. Extremely annoying alert sounds that I couldn't turn off, even when It said that I did so in the app.Seriously, avoid. Not worth the money, you're better off paying the $50 three times over to get a smart lock that actually works.

Multiple choices to unlock.
The media could not be loaded. The installation was no harder than any other door locks, lock opens and close smoothly, better than my previous lock ( sticky) . All programming were initialize from the App and it walks you through all steps thus made it easy since you don’t have to remember or reading the instruction manual . You can unlock remotely from the App or by passcode , finger print and card . Remotely lock and unlock were useful when I’m not home and my children need access or a friend got to my place before I do , I can let him/her in while waiting for me to get home.
