It was difficult to get in the syringe and we later discovered why that likely was. After printing out a sheets that were modeled, which is not uncommon for the first few sheets, our printer started acting very strange and making all kinds of crazy noises. Then it stopped working altogether. We thought maybe the problem wasn't the ink from the beginning so which hook it to a friend that works at a repair shop and he told us that the ink had completely clogged our printer and that it would cost so much to break it down and clean it that we might as well replace the printer. A couple days later we showed him what was left in the bottles and he said it clearly was either very old or had not been stored at the proper temperature and allowed to dry out. We were so Furious that we did not order anything from Amazon for quite some time. This wasn't the first situation we had as we got a wooden toy that injured our granddaughter, when it broke and left a very sharp edge, the first time she played with it. We have gotten several things that smelled musty and we're dirty, as well as multiple items that did not fit the description. Lastly, we got a heating pad that just stopped working after three uses and a meat / candy thermometer that was guaranteed oven safe up to 500 Degrees in the description but melted and destroyed our dinner. I'm pretty much just over it. There are so many places doing free shipping now that there really is no need to mess with Amazon
