Overall good product. However, 1 glass had 2 cracks - care should be taken so that damaged items should not be shipped. I had to throw the cracked glass.

I gifted it to my Mom over a year ago. She's used them for regular tea (milk and sugar), green tea and the cups haven't lost their painting on the outside at all. Only some lines have come up on the inside, but it's okay. She takes care while getting them washed, obviously. They still look great and are a great addition to my Mom's collection of tea cups. It's great value for money

The kullad cups look very elegant, however they lose colour immediately after first wash. Also, the paint smell is repulsive when having hot tea from these cups. Hence we stopped using them after using 3 times! Unbearable paint smell!

It looks great. But smells strongly of paint initially. As it ages, the piece changes colour to a darker brown. So now some pieces in the set are darker than some others. Maybe it's the nature of terracotta glasses. The cups are proper terracotta and the art work is good.

First, hats off to the packaging. I order multiple items like plates, cups, and more. Every item is packed so well. After a long time, I’m witnessing the seller taking complete care of their product.And I haven’t started using the product yet, but I see the things are beautifully handcrafted. A job well done.
