If you get a whatsapp message saying that your order has been cancelled due to technical reasons, don't do anything, not even reply. This happened to me. I asked for a refund only then I will cancel, there was no reply ever.Further the manufacturer is asking for way more personal information for providing warranty than its required, like birthdate, email id etc that too as a mandatory field.The product is okay, but the people behind the product need to learn how Business is done

I bought 8 step ladder, Ok for below 80kg people
I bought 8step ladder, on 8th step good for people below 80kg, not sure will it survive 250kg as mentioned.
