I read somewhere that nightly cuticle oil will help you lose the urge to bite and it truly worked for me. Not sure if it was a mental change or if it was the product itself, but if you struggle with nail-biting try applying this product all over your nails and cuticles every night. Going on 2+ months of unbit nails.The oil doesn't taste bad and dries quickly. It keeps my cuticles moisturized and I don't feel the trigger to bite anymore. Amazing.
