I wanted to try these , I take D3 and magnesium separately. Why not try them together and they got me. I really could tell the difference about four days. more energy, felt better, mental health , everything was improved! I will buy again.

I bought these for my son cause he likes Gummies but they’ve got a really strange flavor. He ate them, but I really don’t know if they increased his D or not.

I had a bone density test and doctor recommended D3. I do not do well with pills so these gummies do the trick for me. I chose these with K2 to help with absorption. The flavor is not overwhelming and the gummies stay soft. They stick together a bit but not too bad. I just started taking them in the last month so not sure yet about their effectiveness.
