Unsure – Some Effects, But Mixed Feelings
I’ve been taking this melatonin for about a week now, and I have mixed feelings. It seems to help me fall asleep a bit faster, but I’m not sure if that’s the actual effect or just a placebo. One thing I’ve definitely noticed is that my eyes feel a bit baggy in the morning, which I’m not sure is related to the melatonin. Also, I’ve felt that my jaw is more tightly clenched at night, which is unusual for me. I’ll keep trying it a bit longer, but I’m still undecided about whether it’s really helping or causing side effects.

Did not work for me
I tired one pill of 5mg for one week and unfortunately it has not worked for me even the slightest. I dont even get the slightest bit drowsy. Might need to take two pills and try.

Best Melatonin but bottle received seems only half full
I have tried many other melatonins from different brands but Nature's Bounty is the best as it does not make you drowsy the day after.HOWEVER, upon receiving the package, it definitely seems only half full ?!
