Q: are the hask biotin boost shampoo and conditioner ok to use on color treated hair?

Yes the Biotin collection is safe to use on color treated hair. All of our shampoos and conditioners are sulfate free. Our Rose Oil and Peach collection does have a Color Perfecting Complex added using hydrolyzed quinoa for extra color protection. But all of our collections have a base formula that is safe for color treated hair. xoxo, HASK

Q: Are both the shampoo and conditioner free of any alcohol?

I purchased the Hask Argan Oil so the ingredients may vary. In reading the ingredients the shampoo does Not have alcohol listed. However, the conditioner lists Cetyl alcohol as it's second top ingredient. Since ingredients are usually listed by most weight, this suggests the conditioner has a significantly large ratio of Cetyl. However, I am uneducated about the difference between Cetyl vs other alcohols. Cetyl is the only alcohol listed.
