It does not come in a case. However, this is a fantastic headlamp. I’m a safety engineer and we build roads. This is ideal for night work. For the money, you can’t buy a better product.

How long does the battery last?

It varies on the light mode you operate on.

What type of plug would you charge this with? I see the cable but what is the cable hooked to what type of charger?

Any USB charger will work. This is just a standard Micro USB to USB-A cable.

Do I remove blue around battery?

I’m not sure what blue you’re talking about. If there is plastic, covering the terminals, then, yes, it needs to be removed.
