Maybe check for any mail that says your order got cancled and will ask if you still want it. If you don't see that I suggest asking Amazon support for help.

Q: Sorry for not being 100% clear, I meant I rotated both her head and her stand that’s connected to her body?

Well to answer your question the head can slightly move a little, the head is not connected to the body itself.

Q: Are funko pops supposed to rotate? As I check it out, I saw that I can rotate her to the left but I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that

While most Funko pops can rotate both left/right this particular Funko will not. She has a back stand connected to the base which allows only maybe a half centimeter of movement before hitting her ponytails
