Where to buy refills???

As of late March 2020, the refills have not appeared on the Pentel site; I emailed their customer service contact thru the website and after 2 tries, I got a reply saying “it’s kind of new so you just have to keep looking.” NOT an answer you want to hear from a major pen manufacturer- which needs to update their website — look at their competitors’ sites and compare. BUT this is a smooth, nice writing pen— much nicer than anything else in the price range. Let’s hope they get it together. BTW note that the refills for the Executive uses a smaller thinner refill vs the Signature— and in my using, with a fair amount of note taking daily, it ran out in 4 days...
